A foundation built on heritage, dialogue and trust

The Foundation was founded by Joseph Basile Khonde, Dr. Michael R.D. James, and Alexander Nikolay Ronald Zelikow, who share a commitment to preserving Bantu heritage and fostering dialogue between European and African communities.

From its Stockholm headquarters, the Foundation brings together archivists, researchers, parliamentarians, diplomats and community leaders around a shared belief: that heritage preserved is a foundation for cooperation, and that dialogue between Europe and Africa must include the voices of the communities concerned.
